The SkyFIT manual blind is A 3 sided robust aluminium framed blind that is designed to be fitted at the edge of your roof light recess. It is operated by a manual pole and is ideal for small flat roof windows.

What We Think
Pros: A fabulous flat roof roller blind which is available in both blackout and antiglare fabrics. Proven to reduce heat loss by up to 46% with the use of blackout fabric. Easy to install. Available in plenty of blackout and translucent colours.
Cons: The blind is a goal post configuration using your wall as the 3rd side. If your wall is not completely straight you may have a little light gap at the bottom (which can be rectified using packers etc). The blind fits best in recesses where the width and length do not vary too much. The most variation this blind can be made to is 6mm on the width and 6mm on the length. You are restricted to edge of recess fit which means the blind has to be fitted at the edge of the recess flush with the ceiling. ALSO the back of the cassette is 52mm deep so you need to ensure you have that depth at the edge of your recess to accomodate the depth of the cassette (for more info on the product dimensions see the “Product dimensions” download.
